Since joining the DYC team in 2017, Jen has coached and trained hundreds of online sales specialists 💼 and worked with builders across the country 🌍 to help develop their online sales programs.

In 2016, she was named Online Sales Consultant of the Year 🏆 by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association and was also a Silver Award winner 🥈 in 2015. In 2016, Jen received Professional Builder Magazine’s 40 under 40 award 🎉.

Jessie is an Online Sales Coach with Do You Convert 💻 and has over 8 years of home builder sales and marketing experience 🏘️. She began her career with Mungo Homes in marketing 📊, then transitioned to an online sales specialist role 🛠️, ultimately serving more than 140 communities across the Southeast 🌎.

In 2020, Jessie led an online sales team that managed more than 10,000 leads 📈 and generated more than $146 million in sales revenue 💵. A three-time honoree of Mungo Homes’ CEO Circle of Excellence 🎖️, Jessie is a National Home Builders Association Silver Award Winner 🥈 for 2019 and 2020. She was awarded the 2018 Internet Lead Specialist of the Year 🥇 by the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina 🌟, and was recognized as a Home Building Industry Leader 🏅 by Professional Builder in the annual 40 under 40 Class 🏆!

I haven’t worked with Do You Convert before, can I still attend the Academy?
Absolutely! Any Online Sales Specialist in the role can attend even if you’ve never even heard of Do You Convert!
I just started the OSC role, do I need to be within the role for a certain amount of time?
The academy is perfect for Online Sales Specialists that are just starting in the role or even if you’ve been doing it for some time but haven’t had any formal training.
Can I sign up again if I have attended a past Academy? When would that be beneficial?
Not needed! We provide you with all of the materials you’ll need for the class. Plus you will have access to your fellow Academy members and coaches post-graduation which are great resources.
What time are the virtual classes and how long do they run?
The initial virtual classes run half days from 1 pm EST to 4 pm EST.
How often will we meet for the 8 weeks following the virtual classes?
Typically we will have four (1 hour) additional virtual training sessions plus a graduation ceremony.
What is the time commitment I should anticipate for the Academy? Will there be “homework” between check-ins?
For the first 30 days following our virtual kick-off, there is a handbook to study with homework questions every three days and a final quiz to pass.
What should I do if I have time off planned during the Academy?
Not a problem! Let the coaches and your manager know of course and we’ll work with you to set proper expectations for completing your assignments.
